Track the Past 2016–GLM Train Show–February 13th, Lake Geneva, WI

Looking for a cost effective quick family day trip or weekend getaway? Consider attending the Geneva Lake Museum’s annual model train show “Track the Past 2016″ to be held Saturday, February 13. The annual train show includes free admission for the whole family to the Geneva Lake Museum from 10-4. Learn more about trains by viewing train memorabilia, multi-gauge trains, operating train layouts and enjoying train movies with cookies too!

The Geneva Lake Museum discovers and preserves the rich history that hides throughout the Geneva Lake and surrounding communities. The exhibits within the walls are time capsules that capture every essence of Geneva Lake and its people; people with amazing stories that unravel with every scene and every word led by knowledgeable guides. These stories wait for people young and old who have the ears eager to listen, the eyes that are ready to be awakened and the open mind waiting to learn.

The train show is one of the most popular events each year sponsored by the Geneva Lake Museum. It is a wonderful way to spend a cold February afternoon and kids love the many operating model trains exhibited one-day only for this special event. Enjoy the annual train show and view the museum exhibits too. The Geneva Lake Museum is located at 255 Mill Street in downtown Lake Geneva, WI.
